HackLab.TO is a community space with a diverse membership, including artists, computer programmers, web designers, and hardware hackers. It is inspired by the philosophies of the global hackerspaces movement which encourages people to socialize, share knowledge, and work together on their projects.

It was founded in July 2008 and is up and running with about 40 members. We have an amazing bright open space right in the middle of Kensington Market. We have an "open lab" night every Tuesday from around 5:30 onwards - come on by!

Hacklab also has frequent events which are open to the public. Keep an eye on our website/blog and Eventbrite sites for more information. Guests are welcome when invited by a member. If you'd like to see the space on a day other than Tuesday, meet us on IRC and arrange to meet somewhere there.
