Helsinki Hacklab is the first Finnish open hackerspace. We organize workshops, lectures and collaborative projects for our members. For public we have an event series called Open Day where our current projects are demonstrated to anyone with interests. You could say our focus is on electronics and embedded systems, but we are open to any agenda. Especially gladly we welcome any artist or designer to join our ranks.
The space is located about 5 kilometers from Helsinki city center. It's easy accessed with tram, bus or train (about 1km from Pasila railway station). Weekly meetings every Tuesday 17–20, but usually somebody is hanging around. To visit the space contact us on our IRC channel, we are happy to receive visitors.
