Had some serious discussions lately on what are we aiming at and what are our goals in developing a hackerspace without having a community of hackers beforehand. Currently we are just enjoying ourselves in our space, having whole-day hackathons once per two weeks, hosting a game-development club, linux install fests and so on.
Still much work is to be done, but we are learning from our mistakes, and learning is fast, as there are plenty of mistakes!
