[edit] Membership
We encourage participation by anyone who feels they can contribute. Nonmembers are welcome to attend any meeting or public events.
[edit] Physical Space
In February 2008 Island Labs took up residence at farmingdale state college. As of 2009 we have migrated to StonyBrook University, and have a room in the Math Tower.
In April of 2009 NYC Resistor acquired the neighboring space and turned it into a machine / cnc shop. NYCR now occupies two separate lofts on the same floor of our building.
