The planraum makerspace is used as community workshop with the special focus on educational events and sustainable development (we, for example are also hacking wood a lot and talk about it ;-) ). We plan to be hosting a complete fablab in the future.

Our self made furniture is almost done, then we start giving Weekend-Workshops (Building RepRaps / Making TV-B-gone-Variations and giving Basic Courses in DIY Culture ( Electronics / Physics / Art / Food / Engineering / Communication) )

Regular (almost weekly) public monday meetings give updates and time to work on projects or just hang out.

We have a closely linked crew but are open to guests on public events and interested future members.

There are close relations to Binary Kitchen and the local Chaostreff.

We do not have a general public wiki (because of privacy issues), but have public wikis for certain projects. Our public relations is managed because we plan to work with younger generations a lot.

Check our public calendar for events and please register for an event, since we want to give everyone a warm welcome and have short introductional programes for newcomers.
