We are currently in Phase 1. Which is a 130' lab unit with workstations and some power tools, a 150' lobby area, full bathroom with shower and kitchen with fridge and freezer. More information on tools and resources available can be found on our website.

Phase 2 will be a second office unit in addition to the phase 1 space.

Phase 3 will include a 1000' warehouse/workspace area, as well as the 2 office units, bathroom,shower, kitchen units and should total around 1500' total.

Phase 3 will take place when the space becomes available and our membership can support the transition from the smaller workspaces to the larger one.
