Tangleball is a centre for people to collaborate on creative projects. We have been expanding rapidly as we furnish our new location and are actively recruiting new members.
We aim to nurture both technical and artistic ideas, and welcome all interested parties.
We are a diverse range of makers with many talents. Current projects include:
- Robotics
- Collaborative writing
- Steampunk
- Cycle maintenance
- Beer-brewing
- Designing and building musical instruments
- Comic drawing
- Urban gardening
We meet every Tuesday night at 8pm and Saturday afternoon at 3pm to discuss projects, administration and ideas. Check out the meetings page of our wiki for more information on our next get together.
Our website has a mailing list (low traffic; we prefer physical meetings over on-line communication) and a forum. There is also a wiki for sharing ideas and information regarding events, procurement and administrative duties.
We also hold an open day regularly - the next one is the end of August; more details to come on our website as we finalise events. All are welcome, either to view, join in, exhibit, demonstrate or perform.
