Tangleball is a community of people with varied interests.

We aim to nurture both technical and artistic ideas, and welcome all interested parties.

We are a diverse range of makers with many talents. Current projects include:

  • Carpentry
  • Screen printing
  • 3D printing
  • Various discussions and debates on topics including community and organisation

We are open every Monday evening at 6pm for maker night, when non-members are encouraged to visit and use the tools and resources.

On Tuesday evenings at 7pm we have our administration meetings at which we make decisions about the community and resources. There are often members present at other times, mostly week day evenings and weekend afternoons.

The space is shared with a group called "Tumeke Cycle Space", another community-run group which helps people maintain their cycles. See their website at http://www.tumekecyclespace.org.nz .

Our website has a mailing list (low traffic; we prefer physical meetings over on-line communication) and a forum. There is also a wiki for sharing ideas and information regarding events, procurement and administrative duties.
