Tangleball is a centre for people to collaborate on creative projects. We have been expanding rapidly as we furnish our new location and are actively recruiting new members. We aim to nurture both technical and artistic ideas, and welcome all interested parties.

We are a diverse range of makers with many talents. Current projects include:

  • Robotics
  • Woodworking
  • Collaborative writing
  • Cycle maintenance
  • Beer-brewing
  • Screen printing
  • Solar projects
  • Designing and building musical instruments
  • Urban gardening
  • 3D printing

We meet every Monday evening at 6pm, Tuesday night at 8pm and often Saturdays afternoon at 3pm to discuss projects, administration and ideas. Check out the meetings page of our wiki for more information on our next get together.

Our website has a mailing list (low traffic; we prefer physical meetings over on-line communication) and a forum. There is also a wiki for sharing ideas and information regarding events, procurement and administrative duties.

We also hold an open day regularly, generally every 4-6 weeks. All are welcome, either to view, join in, exhibit, demonstrate or perform.
