Since 2009 Tetalab works at the conception and the manufacturing of electronic and digital tools to arouse and favor the creation; for the raising awareness and the appropriation of the technologies by their study and their hacking; for the distribution of the knowledge, the tools and the methods.
Open to the public every wednesday at 9pm in the Container at the center of Mix'art Myrys.
The Bit and the Knife (le bit et le couteau)[edit]
Every 3 weeks from 1:20 pm till 2 pm on Canal Sud
Tetalab leads a radio chronicle called « The Bit and the Knife » on Canal Sud where are approached the questions of IT security, the net neutrality, with the presence of a guest. The auditors can ask questions in live and credit note of the complements on the subjects treated on the pad.

THSF (Toulouse Hacker Space Factory)[edit]
Every year, Tetalab organizes his own festival in Mix'art Myrys.

La Novela[edit]
Tetalab also participate at the novela in the city of Toulouse, a demonstration which puts in the honor the sharing of the knowledge, in all this diversity, in a festive and popular spirit.
For the 2014 edition called "Hacker Bazar", on our workshop people could make themselves a little robot with a toothbrush and a Booster. You will find picture on our twitter.

The Container[edit]
The Tetalab are inside a double-containers (called the DoubleDragon2) within Mix Art Myrys. To be a member of the Tetalab authorizes the access to the container and allows the use of its tools. It is thus possible to reach the container every day, the very elastic schedules, outside events organized by Mix Art Myrys, available for consultation on the Web site We can come early in the morning and leave very late in the evening or at night. But it is not possible to sleep on the spot. The container is non-smoking, thank you for respecting this rule. To smoke in the shed is tolerated.
Mix'Art Myrys - Self-managing collective of artists[edit]
Tetalab is at the heart of MixArt Myrys, this closeness favors the development of projects between art and technology. Several collaborations have already taken place. We participate in open house at Mix art Myrys to make discover our works. If other occupants of the place appear to you to look like extraterrestrials, do not worry you, they think of the same thing of us. Do not thus hesitate to approach them, each in something to bring and everybody has something to remove from an exchange to know how to make. Our situation within Myrys allows us to have a place but asks us for an investment in the structure in return. According to the availability, this investment can be translated by voluntary participations (to Myrys, we say "staff") to the organization of the evenings and/or of the events as well as to their installation and the arrangement.
